Might be a little premature but Christmas Bells are ringing and I'm so ready for the Holidays! These delicious cake donuts taste like Christmas Morning that's for sure. I am so unbelievably proud of how these came out. I tweaked an older Peanut Flour recipe and came up with this. It's so diverse that you can use this recipe as a base minus the cocoa powder and KetoChow packets with other flavors! They are so light and fluffy - all thanks to a secret ingredient you'll see once you get to the recipe down below. You wont believe it but just know this ingredient is used to keep cakes and cupcakes super moist, I promise you can't even taste it! Best Pasta-less Lasagna

This recipe has been in my Instagram highlights for some time now but I figured I would bring it over to my blog instead. This is a HUGE hit in The Huynh Household - both kids eat it and its always been 100% husband approved. So I think I'll be making this a lot more since everyone likes it. No more making multiple meals a night when this is on the menu. I call that a MOM WIN for sure! If you're worried about the tomato wraps, I promise you can't even tell they're there. Maggie's Chili

It's soup season & everywhere I turn there's bowls of Chili making me hungry. So last night I decided to make some yummy Chili using a powdered bone broth I bought off Amazon & let me tell you it exceeded my taste buds expectations! As I was getting all my ingredients together - grabbing spices - I realized I didn't have all the normal "Chili" seasoning aka NO CUMIN! Who are we?! (Bought some today though, phew!) Air Fryer Pizza Meatloaf w/ Bacon Gouda Mac

I am OBSESSED with my GoWise Air Fryer! I've done it again! Tonight I made Pizza Meatloaf in it, MY OH MY. It was 100% Husband approved AND picky 9 year old son approved!! What!! I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone, this is crazy! My sons first time trying meatloaf and I am over the moon siked he liked it. He's finally branching out with different foods #momwin He can't even stop saying how delicious it was! How I came up with this idea? Well, my son loves pizza (what kid doesn't) and he loves hamburgers, so why not mesh the two and create MAGIC, at least that's what I was thinking. Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice! Yep, another Pumpkin recipe of course! This time combining two of my absolute favorite flavors. Pumpkin + Banana = Pure Amazingness! I’m so happy with how this came out too! I’ll admit, I haven’t personally tasted it since my eating window has closed. But I will say it’s 💯 non basic husband approved! WINNING! It’s smells delightfully good, I smell banana, I smell pumpkin spice. Let’s just say my house smells pretty dang fantastic! Now if the weather would cool down, that’d be great too. Just saying... Pumpkin Spice Bars/Blondies

Happy Pumpkin Spice Season!! It's that time of year again when everything turns into pumpkin spice! My favorite time of year actually. Means leggings are 100% acceptable, uggs aren't frowned upon, & baking ALL the desserts! I will be the first to admit that I am basic through & through LOL I'm ok with that too!
