Move over Fathead pizza crust, there's a new crust in town! Sure I absolutely love fathead but kneading it, rolling it out, & macros are super tedious in my opinion. I mention macros because I can never get fathead crust to fit into them. But that's why I came out with this easy version that tastes FANTASTIC! It was husband approved & even my picky 9 year old son loved it! He asked for more! Mom win!
Here's the ingredients, directions, & even macros per slice (using my ingredients).
Keto Skinny-Head Pizza Crust
1 cup almond flour (Costco brand)
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (Horizon)
1/4 cup Parmesan (I used Quattro Formaggio, I get this from Trader Joes)
2T Italian seasoning (1T Italian & 1T Italian blast by Daks Spices https://www.daksspices.com/ )
1tsp baking powder
Your choice! Have fun with it!
I used pepperoni, ground beef, olives, & mozzarella, & Raos Pizza Sauce
Preheat oven 425
Spray a lipped baking pan and/or line it with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl add your crust ingredients and mix. This will not be a rolling out dough. It’s not a kneading dough. This “batter” is loose and “liquid” like but thicker than liquid. Once combined spread out on your LIPPED baking sheet. Spread it to the edges and sides.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, check it and make sure it’s not soft in the middle. Once done add your toppings then stick it back into the oven till your toppings are melted.

Fat- 7.7 grams
Protein- 2.4 grams
Carbs- 1.7 grams
Net Carbs- .9 grams
