Air Fryer Pizza Meatloaf w/ Bacon Gouda Mac

I am OBSESSED with my GoWise Air Fryer! I've done it again! Tonight I made Pizza Meatloaf in it, MY OH MY. It was 100% Husband approved AND picky 9 year old son approved!! What!! I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone, this is crazy! My sons first time trying meatloaf and I am over the moon siked he liked it. He's finally branching out with different foods #momwin He can't even stop saying how delicious it was! How I came up with this idea? Well, my son loves pizza (what kid doesn't) and he loves hamburgers, so why not mesh the two and create MAGIC, at least that's what I was thinking. LOL Clearly it worked and everyone' tummy is full and happy! Now the best part, the recipes. Pizza Meatloaf / Bacon Gouda Mac Meatloaf - 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2T Pizzeria Seasoning by TheSpiceBeast ( Viva Pizzeria - 10% ketomermaid ) 1/2T garlic salt 2T your favorite pizza sauce 1 egg Pepper Mozzarella slices for topping Mix

Pumpkin Banana Nut Bread

Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice! Yep, another Pumpkin recipe of course! This time combining two of my absolute favorite flavors. Pumpkin + Banana = Pure Amazingness! I’m so happy with how this came out too! I’ll admit, I haven’t personally tasted it since my eating window has closed. But I will say it’s 💯 non basic husband approved! WINNING! It’s smells delightfully good, I smell banana, I smell pumpkin spice. Let’s just say my house smells pretty dang fantastic! Now if the weather would cool down, that’d be great too. Just saying... Anyways, without further ado, the recipe down below. 🎃 Pumpkin Banana Nut Bread 🎃 Dry Ingredients - 3 cups almond flour 3T Daks Pumpkin Spice ( Link ) 1/2T-1T Cinnamon 1/2-3/4 cup Granulated Sweetener of choice ( Link ) 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Substitute ( Link ) 2tsp Baking Soda 1/2tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Kosher Salt Wet Ingredients - 2/3 cups melted unsalted butter 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Purées (not filling) 3 egg

Pumpkin Spice Bars/Blondies

Happy Pumpkin Spice Season!! It's that time of year again when everything turns into pumpkin spice! My favorite time of year actually. Means leggings are 100% acceptable, uggs aren't frowned upon, & baking ALL the desserts! I will be the first to admit that I am basic through & through LOL I'm ok with that too! I've actually been working with pumpkin for a couple months now, I made a yummy Snickerdoodle Crust Pumpkin Pie back in April or May, last week I made a Instant Pot Pumpkin Cheesecake too. So you see, I don't follow the rules, I do what I want & I want pumpkin spice all year long! Anyways, today I made some yummy coconut flour pumpkin blondies/bars, whatever you want to call them.
